Our initial focus on Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP), Common Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage & Disposal Facility (CHWTSDF), and Common Biomedical Waste Treatment Facility (CBWTF) operations has paved the way for adopting cutting-edge, eco-friendly technologies for solid and liquid waste disposal.

Our Leadership
He is a Chartered Accountant and having experience of working in industrial environment since 1980. He has traveled extensively around the globe and worked in India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.Born in Jodhpur, India on 12th June 1956. Did his graduation (1976-79) from GCA, Ajmer and CA (1980) from Mumbai. He started career from Kalpataru, Mumbai, later shifted to Nagpur and worked for FACOR, Star Circlips and Coventry Springs till 1990. In 1990 he joined INDORAMA and got shifted to Indonesia. In 2001 after working for a brief period in Thailand and Sri Lanka returned India & decided to settle in Nagpur and after doing few ventures joined SMS Group to setup an Environment & Clean Energy Division.
Young enthusiastic entrepreneur, completed his Business Administration from International Baccalaureate (IB), He started his journey with 130 MLD waste water treatment and reuse plant at Bhandewadi Nagpur. Currently leading Environment Division of SMS Limited. Environment division is into Hazardous Waste Treatment, Solid Waste Management, Bio Medical waste and other environment related projects.
He is a certified Chartered Accountant with a vast experience of 40+ years. He started his career from Kalpataru, Mumbai, later shifted to Nagpur and worked for FACOR, Star Circlips and Coventry Springs till 1990. He then worked for the Indorama Corporation in Indonesia.
Dr Kishore Malviya completed his PhD in Environment Science, Specialization in Waste Water Treatment, from National Environment Engineering Research Institute, Nagpur. He is the Director of SMS Envocare Limited and holds Environmental Management Skills & Experience of more than 22 years. He is responsible for overall Business Management of Environmental Infrastructure Projects and Growth of the Company. He currently heads the 14 Operational Units with P & L responsibility in Pan India & Abroad.
Mr Hemant Hathiwala is heading the EPC vertical and has more than 20 years of experience in tendering, execution and management of various diversified projects like Industrial & Building Construction, Water Treatment Plant, Municipal Waste & Hazardous Waste Management, Effluent Treatment Plant, Steel Melting Shop & Rolling Mill, 50MW CPP. He is responsible for overall growth and execution of EPC projects & is currently executing around 500 Cr worth of projects.

Having previously served at ICICI Bank, he joined SMS Group in 2016 and now leads the Accounts and Finance department. He plays a pivotal role in the merger and acquisition process for the Environment Division, leveraging his expertise to ensure financial integrity and strategic alignment.”
Highly motivated HR professional with 14+ years of rich experience in the field, holds a Post graduation diploma in Human Resource Management .Proficient at managing multiple tasks, supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems synchronizing with the company goal. Having excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
He is a Post Graduate diploma in Material Management of the Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM) Bangalore and a Bachelor of Commerce from Nagpur University, Heads the Material Management – Purchase & Stores departmental functions for all SMS Envocare Ltd verticals. With over three decades of experience in material procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations, He has worked across diverse industries including environment, steel, textiles, food, and toys. His responsibilities at SMS Envocare Ltd encompass.
A seasoned Head IT with over 28 years of experience, holding a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and advanced professional training. Has successfully led large-scale ERP and IT transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, global ERP rollouts, and enterprise infrastructure modernization. Instrumental in driving digital transformation, cloud adoption, cybersecurity governance (ISO 27001), and disaster recovery frameworks across multi-location and global operations. Recognized for building high-performing IT teams, and delivering technology initiatives that improved operational efficiency, resilience, and measurable business growth.
